  • Freshness: Bake on the day of dispatch where possible.

  • Packaging: Use clean, sealed packaging (e.g., plastic sleeves, boxes, or buckets). Keep presentation neat and consistent.

Do I need to be a registered business?

Both registered businesses and serious home bakers are welcome. If local regulations require a permit (e.g., a food-handling certificate or COA), please ensure you have it.

Who sets prices?

You do. You’re in full control of pricing, stock, and specials.

How do deliveries work?

You can offer self-delivery, collection, or available courier options. Set areas, fees, and times in your dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed on a regular schedule after orders are marked completed and funds clear (less commission/fees).

What if a customer complains?

We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Quality issues reported within 24 hours may be refunded or replaced—help us by responding fast and keeping proof of fulfilment.
